To the Echo Isles, mon!

30th September 2010

Not much news in WoW these days. Brewfest is still going on, but that’s about as good as it gets for the moment. Nothing in there is worth buying  account for.

The Gnomeregan and Echo Isles, now, that’s a different matter entirely.

Both of them are essentially the same thing. You’re trying to take back some lands within your respective faction’s borders that have been taken over by a splinter group of some sort. It looks like they’ve designed it for people of all levels, but you know the best stuff is for the 80s. I mean, really, do you think you’re going to be taking on the best bosses at 35? Not likely. And the best rewards are for the higher level folk, too.

Given that, you may want to buy wow account sooner rather than later. Who knows what Cataclysm will do to this little campaign, after all? No sense missing out if you don’t have to.

With that in mind, I’m going to take a look see at prices at my current favorite site. Toonstorm has been rocking out deals on the combo accounts lately that really can’t be beat.

For example, I’ve been looking at one set with alts that really captured my attention. It has three 80s in it, one Draenei Death Knight (blood build), one Draenei Shaman (restoration), and one Night Elf Rogue (assassination). I have to say that I really like the variety it offers. It would make me that much more useful to my guild because we have some irregular players right now and we never know just who or what we’re going to have available for any given raid. Knowing that, I know I would just feel better if there were enough people hanging out who could fill any gap. I’m experienced enough to play any of these classes and builds without too much time relearning them.

Besides, the price is insane. All three accounts, if you buy them together, runs only $419! That’s hundreds off the prices of each individual character! And they have great deals on Horde alts, too.

I would really check it out ASAP. I doubt they’ll stick around for long.

Quality Family gaming time!

17th March 2009

Afternoon again Gamers!

Once again, it has been a few weeks since our last WoW account store review.  Life, work and family have been keeping me pretty busy.  I was recently able to acquire another gaming capable computer for my household, so I determined it was time to get my 8 year old daughter her own account, so we could group up together, thus bringing you another buy WoW account review.

I went on the web, and did some research on various WoW account sellers.  I am on a limited budget, so cost was a major factor in my decision on where to buy, but I didn’t want to forsake safety just to save a few dollars.   After spending a couple hours browsing and researching various sites, I settled on toonstorm.com again.  Since this was going to be a character/account for my 8 year old daughter, safety was a huge concern, as I didn’t want to end up needing to explain to her why she wasn’t able to play her character anymore, should the unthinkable happen.

Like most girls her age, she enjoys “girlie” things, and that extends to the races she’s picked to play in the past, she has also rather enjoyed playing my Warlock.  Since the majority of my characters are horde, I went in search of a Blood Elf Warlock that was around level 60-70.  I found a couple.  One was level 70 with some great equipment, and epic riding skill, on sale for about $250, the other was level 61, with decent gear on sale for $140.  Since this character was going to be used by my 8 year old, having super good gear wasn’t essential, so I settled on the less expensive $140.

Placed my order around 2 in the afternoon, and as in previous transactions with toonstorm.com, I was contacted quickly by their CS to verify my order, who went through all the steps with me to complete the transaction, and by the time my daughter was home from school that afternoon around 3:30, everything was all set up and ready to go, and we played the evening away once she was finished with her homework!

Again, toonstorm.com has come through with first rate service, in both quality and speed.  I surely plan on continuing to recommend them to family and friends, or anyone really who is looking to purchase a WoW account.

Quality WoW Accounts

31st January 2009

Hey guys and gals,

Well, it’s been a while—lots of other stuff going on here—but I’m back and better than ever. If you’re new to the blog, and you’re looking for information on buying WoW accounts, you have come to the right place! You should check out my latest review in the post below; I checked out a site called Toonstorm.com with a couple guys who were looking for a good place to buy WoW account. We were all impressed by the customer service, the selection of accounts to choose from, and the prices. The guys have been enjoying their new accounts and haven’t had any problems. I think I can confidently recommend this site to you, based on our experience.

Speaking of Toonstorm, one thing I really liked about them when we were looking for accounts was the quality of the accounts they had available. Even with a budget of only $250 each, the guys found what they wanted and were surprised at the quality of the gear. Some care was given to making the accounts well worth the money, unlike some other sites I’ve seen, which just give you the bare minimum and equipment running the gamut from common to total crap.

I should be checking in sooner next time with more tips, tricks, and info on where to buy your WoW accounts, so come back soon!

Welcome back, gamers!

I must confess, money has been a little tight since Christmas (I have a large extended family, hehe) so I haven’t put together the extra scratch to try a new service yet, but I recently checked in with one I have tried and liked, a site called Toonstorm.com. It looks like you can now buy WoW account with level 70′s and even 80′s so you can access all the end-game stuff in the new expansion, Wrath of the Lich King.

(By the way: If you haven’t got the expansion yet, GO GET IT. It’s everything it’s cracked up to be, in fact I think it’s a little better than that. :P I have been playing the hell out of my level 70 (now at 73) so I can get into Naxxramas, but it’s slooooow going at these upper levels. So if you can afford it and you want to skip right to the good stuff, now you can.)

Of course they also have lower level accounts, in all classes and races with varying degrees of good gear (depends what you want to pay really) so there should be something for everyone. Let us know if you end up buying an account there, we’d love to hear your feedback as well. Till next time, adios!

Okay, so if you’re considering buying a WoW account you have probably heard many of the same horror stories I have—people losing hundreds of dollars on scams, or worse yet getting banned by Blizzard and losing everything they’ve built on their own account—level 70′s, epic gear…..ouch! So naturally you don’t want that to happen to you. I want to help make sure you don’t end up as one of those horror stories, and so I’ve decided to compile for you a few tips on buying WoW accounts safely.

1. Look for the best, most trusted online retailers. Don’t buy an account from Joe Schmo down the street (even if he seems like a trustworthy guy) and don’t buy one off craigslist or eBay. You are way more likely to get scammed in a situation like that where it’s your word against someone else’s.

2. Look for sites that carry a money-back guarantee (like the one offered by toonstorm.com, for example) just in case something goes wrong or your new account gets stolen back by the original user (hey, it could happen!) Some sites also offer insurance on your purchases, but if you have a guarantee that probably isn’t necessary.

3. Always make sure the site is willing to offer you a REAL person to talk to. Live help is a hallmark of a well-established, legitimate service.

And most importantly:

4. NEVER use a bought account for bought gold or powerleveling (and this should be common sense, if you bought an account it probably has high-enough-level characters) If anything, use your own original account to make gold purchases and then mail that gold to your other account. This is the best way to stay off the radar and avoid that worst of sentences, being banned from WoW entirely.

That’s it for now, folks, stay tuned for more tips, tricks, and reviews in the coming weeks.

Hello again everyone!

Boy, have things been crazzzy around here. As I’ve previously posted I run a computer shop and we mostly focus on gaming, lans, mmorpg games, etc.

Well since Wrath of the Lich King has dropped it’s basically been non-stop gaming; people standing around watching, people standing in line to play for themselves and so on. Very exciting times.

There have been several regulars who have wanted to buy wow account. A few have been reading the blog regularly; and a few have even taken notes and given them to me to help contribute to the blog!

All in all everyone seems pretty excited about anything relating to WoW right now; the game is hot, the players are loving it and business is good.

On our reccomendation we had a few regulars buy wow accounts from known sites over the weekend, one of which was one we have previously posted about, Toonstorm.com – Again there were some great results. I’ve got a problem with just reporting about the same site week after week but in my business if I push a bad website and my clients lose out I’d feel terrible; since they’re the only one we’ve got a good review up for people who are buying now are going there to keep their money safe – and it’s working.

Our guy came in monday morning telling me he had about a pretty heavily geared paladin over the weekend for around 400$ (I believe there was another character on the account, some gold and mounts aswell) and was able to get it same day and start playing right away. The entire transaction took less than 30 minutes; the character was exactly as described, and even had more gold on it than originally thought; the name wasn’st some d00d name, and the account was in good standing.

So that’s another positive review for our friends at toonstorm.com and again I’ve got to press if you’re going to buy a wow account, buy it from them!

As promised here is my first post, hopefully it will be of some help to someone who is looking to buy wow accounts.

I am going to be doing a test run on the ToonStorm.com site.   The website was easily maneuvered and within a few minutes I was able to find a decent account that looks like it might be worth investing in.  The site is currently offering 30-60% off when you go to buy many wow accounts.  I am going to be investing $329.00 in a level 70 human paladin.  Even though this website is very user friendly and promises a 100% security guarantee, I’m always a little skeptical on a big purchase – they do appear to have some pretty good feedback though from other users who have used them to buy wow accounts.  It is now 9:50 am and I am placing my order, hopefully this site is as trustworthy as it looks, I will keep you updated!

9:55 am

It has only been five minutes since I went onto ToonStorm.com to buy a wow account and placed my order.  I have already received an email confirming my order.   What has really put me at ease about my order to is not the email itself, but the ability I have to actually track my order.  This website seems to really go the extra mile when it comes to serving nervous customers such as myself.   It looks like my order is still being processed, with any luck it will be good to go soon.  As always I will be keeping you posted.

10:04 am

The order has been delivered, and in a very reasonable amount of time!  I just received a very convenient email informing me that my account is ready.  This website seems to have their act together and delivery a quality product.

Hopefully this will give some of you some good insight on websites if you are looking to buy a wow account.  I know there are some pretty ugly ones out there as well, so I will continue to search for and buy wow account in an attempt to weed them out.  Ill be reviewing another website within the next week or so, check back!
