More and more hype out there these days. With Cataclysm’s launch date finally announced there has been a lot of speculation on what all of this is going to mean to everyone out there. The new patch really gave us an idea of what to expect, though. Usually that much nerf means that foam factories will be running dry around the world. And the healing classes are the ones to take the brunt of it, too! Not quite sure what that’s all about, but it really revamps the way teams are going to have to play the game.

The good news is that the prices on priests and shammies should start coming down a bit. In fact, a buddy of mine decided to snag a priest so that he’d have it for when the new build is figured out a little better. I pointed him over to Toonstorm for some awesome deals on accounts since I know that they’ll have what he’s after.

He found a combo that he really liked, too. An Undead Holy Priest carrying some good gear (some Naxx, some Ulduar, all epics), all for $157. He was really pleased with the deal, especially since it usually runs $454. He’d budgeted about $450 for the whole thing, so he thought he’d look around. That’s when he realized he could get a couple of alts with his priest. If he picked up a Blood Elf Pally and an Orc DK he’d get the whole thing for $354! He’d get everything he wanted, plus two alts, and still be under budget by almost $100! Not bad at all.

He registered an account with them and confirmed the order with the rep. That’s when he realized he had no idea just how this was going to work. Thankfully, the rep was there to hold his hand through the whole process. They got him lined up and transfered all of the info to him without a hitch. They even threw in a free name change to get him started in getting used to the toon.

He was really happy with everything that had happened. The new toon took a little tweaking to match his style of play (and those stinking nerfs), but soon it was ready to roll and he was out having a good time.
